Service Description

A session to help shift negative thought patterns, energy blockages, limiting beliefs, unprocessed emotions such as shame, grieve, guilt, hurt, humiliation, sadness etc that kept you in contraction instead of expansion which will allow you to function at a higher level. A shift on mental, emotion, physical and spiritual are required to move you out from the trapped energies to a new being. You will gain clarity, learn new and empowering tools to navigate through life with ease & joy.
